We offer tax preparation services for W-2 filers, the self-employed (with or without a 1099) and small businesses (assets less than 250k). To get started, fill out some basic information below. A certified tax preparer will be in touch with you shortly and will email you information on where to upload your tax documents. Please note, this list describes common items needed. However, each circumstance varies. Other forms may be requested or not needed. If you are unsure, please give us a call and we will gladly assist you!
Tax documents you will generally need or should look out for:
- Wage and income statements (W-2, 1099-MISC, or last pay stub to give you an estimate)
- Health insurance statements (form 1095) Charitable contribution receipts and or letters
- Charitable contribution receipts and or letters
- Proof of qualifying education expenses (form 1098-T)
- Unemployment documents (1099G)
- Mortgage interest statements
- Retirement distribution statements
- List of job related expenses
- Childcare receipts (if applicable)
- Birth certificates of children
- School letter/doctor health statement (Earned Income Credit qualifiers only)
- List of income/expenses (self-employed qualifiers only; don't worry we can help you reasonably reconstruct a list)
